Join us at Southport Pres for ZUMBA and burn 600-800 calories while having a blast with your friends! ZUMBA is a dance fitness class that uses Latin, international and pop music to create a fun way for you to get your cardio workout. No coordination is needed (really!), just a willingness to move!
Who: All ages, all fitness levels
When: 6-7 p.m., January 16-February 20
Where: Southport Pres, Gym
Cost: $36 for six weeks (drop-in is $8 per class), payable to Holly Rodgers by check or cash
Wear: Clothes you can move in and tennis shoes; bring water and a small towel
